Stableside is a beautifully restored hideaway for two, thoughtfully converted from the old tack room at the heart of a working dressage yard.

While the tack room itself is long gone, its original exposed timbers remain, adding rustic charm to this stylish and contemporary retreat.

With eco-conscious features like solar panels, ev charger, underfloor heating throughout, and an air source heat pump, Stableside blends modern comfort with sustainable living – all in a unique countryside setting where you can experience the rhythm of equestrian life just outside your door.

Inside, the open-plan living space features a plush two-seater sofa and a 42” Smart TV perfect for streaming your favourite shows with ultra fast WiFi to keep you connected. Convenience of a modern holographic wood burner, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, complete with dining table and two chairs for relaxed meals in.

French doors lead out to your private garden, where you can sip your morning coffee in the fresh country air or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets.

The bathroom is designed for relaxation offering a walk-in shower, softened water, fluffy towels, soft robes, underfloor heating, hairdryer and a Bluetooth mirror so you can enjoy your favourite music.   

At the end of the day, settle into the luxurious king-sized bed, featuring a premium mattress from the British Natural Collection, filled with natural fibres for exceptional comfort.
